So on Monday, we went to visit a friend's farm since her cow had just had a calf the day before:

We went with the Clement's and Braithwaite's and the kids got to feed the cows, goats, horses, and chickens:

Tuesday we walked along the waterfront at downtown Portland with the Heuers. Here we are crossing Portland's Steel Bridge (did you know it's the only Steel Bridge in the USA?):

Lots of bikers and joggers enjoy this route too.

Wednesday was the most gorgeous and warm day of the week so we went with the Heuer's and Podwys' and spent a couple hours at a Pirate Ship Park that I've been hearing about for a couple years:

Thursday we went to Safari Sam's. It's an indoor jungle gym with levels for all ages. It also has miniature golf (which we skipped) and arcades (couldn't skip). Donald Heuer and Nicholas:

Saturday the boys had 2 hours of baseball practice. Fortunately the field has a couple play structures for Brooke and David.
