Saturday Football

Some friends from the ward got together for some flag football and Brooke was ready to join in, but Mike, Nicholas and Zach are the ones who actually played.

He's a 16-pounder!

David had his 2 month check-up this week and weighs a whopping 16 pounds 3 ounces! He will be outgrowing his carseat before too long.
Our boys grow fast at this age: at 2 months Nicholas weighed 14 pounds, Zach was 17 pounds, but Brooke was only 11 pounds. And I really am only nursing them!

David's Blessing Day

David was given a beautiful blessing last Sunday (9/7/08) by his daddy.

Back to School

Nicholas is starting 2nd grade and Zach is starting kindergarten at a new school in our town, "Free Orchards Elementary." It is much closer to us and we can walk there in 15 minutes! We are planning on walking to and from school on occasion.

Kate's Birthday

I conveniently planned a "Girls Lunch" on my birthday so I could hang out with friends and make my birthday more fun. Here we are at Costa Vida. Yum!

Mike really spoiled me on my birthday: he went in late to work, let me sleep in, fed the kids breakfast, got Nicholas off to the school bus, made my cake with Zach, then went to work, then took the kids birthday shopping for me, made dinner, and put the kids to bed! Whew! What a man!

And with my silly kids and birthday loot (licorice and chocolate)! The double jogging stroller came a few weeks earlier.
