Happy Birthday to me! Pretty flowers sent to me from Ben!

And now I'm 42.

We were due for family pictures, so I told my kids "ALL I want for my birthday is smiling faces!"
It kinda worked.

I think they had all had it by this time.

After the reunion, we headed north for a Nelson reunion.  
We stopped at a pizza place and David (7) likes the cottage cheese more than the pizza!

The Oregon coast was much colder than the CA coast! (Oddly, because Portland was actually hotter than LA this summer!)

He loved it and went down by himself after that.

Zach was pretty excited to start football! 
I was too nervous about injuries to let him play in the past, but finally relented for his 7th grade year.
