"David BOY"
("David Boy" are the words to a made-up song we sing here at home. My parents should be happy to hear that tradition has lived on!)
BEFORE:
David got his first haircut at 5 1/2 months old. Yes, his shaggy hair was long overdue, but it's always sad to cut away the cute baby hair. The final straw was a lady in church commenting on my cute "girl." And then she said, "He's not a girl, he's a boy! That's obvious with all the blue he's wearing. Why did I think he was a girl?" That's when I knew it was time for a haircut.

"It's hard for me to say I'm sorry..."
Maybe because I'm not...
I decided to add a playlist of music to my blog. It's probably just temporary, but I know some of you aren't a fan of music on blogs and (heaven forbid) aren't a fan of U2, so what you can do is click the "pause" button on the playlist when you pull up my blog and that shuts the music off. I didn't know that until recently so I thought I would pass it on!

Padawan's Unite!
Mike had a great (?) idea of inviting 20 kids (mostly ages 5-8) over for a Star Wars Party. The last big "hoo-rah" of this 3 week Christmas Vacation. Here are the Padawans learning about the force from Jedi Master Brian:Saturday, January 3, 2009
Goodbye 2008
We rang in the New Year at Aaron and Terri's home and had a great time with good friends. Besides way too much food, here are some of our activities.
My first time Wii bowling:
Mike, Randy, Aaron, and Terri Wii bowling. As you can see, Mike is winning the clothespin game for now, but then lost them all to Rose:
