Gabe on a Preschool field trip to OMSI

OMSI - Kevin, Kylah, Nikki, Gabe, and Sophia

Gramma and Auntie Carolyn tried hard to get a "normal" picture with the grandkids.
It's a little harder than you would think.

Gabe and I shooting some hoops in the garage.
Really, I'm just amazed at how clean our garage was at the time!

Sunday night Qwirkle time!

And Gabe pins Zach for the win!

Zach twisted his ankle at basketball practice one day and was hobbling around the house
and complaining about it while Nicholas kept calling him a big baby.
Well, a friend snapped this picture and sent it to me saying she was touched by Nicholas' big-brotherly love
of helping Zach get to the bus stop.  Awww, they can be nice to each other sometimes!

Gabe and I play Uno EVERY DAY.  Crazy enough, he usually beats me! But now I finally have a hand where I might win!
And I did!

Spring Break camping at Thousand Trails campsite in Pacific City, OR.
It was really fun to go with several other families: Nissinens, Longs, McKibbens, and Brauns.

Playing football on the beach

Pacific City is known for their sand dunes.  This is looking up from the bottom of a HUGE sandy hill! It was a killer to climb but the view was amazing!

At the top of the hill.

Joe, Rosie, Brooke, Maggie, Porter, Nicholas, Noah
Front: Bella, David, Zach, Lydia

David and Porter Braun were the only ones brave enough to play IN the water.

Jordyn Long and Brooke climbing up the rocky path.

Gabe and David at mini golf.

Suddenly a huge hailstorm hit us! The kids tried catching hail.

Nicholas and a pile of hail that came off our trailer awning.

Electronic junkies before breakfast.
Yep, we're roughing it!

Brooke made her own twin!

Zach's 5th year playing basketball.

Brooke's 1st year playing basketball.

Day before Easter, Gabe doing an Easter Egg hunt at Gramma's house.

Brooke finding eggs in Gramma's backyard.

David finding eggs.

Easter dinner at Ellen's house with Rick and Joe.

Then time to clean up Gramma's yard!

Some friends put on a flashlight Easter Egg hunt at a park.  It was fun seeing the flashlights around the park as the kids looked for eggs.

Mike and I celebrating 19 years at Copper River Restaurant.

We are doing a co-op preschool with Gabe.  6 kids in the class and each mom takes a turn to teach 7 weeks of classes.
It's my turn and Gabe loves having preschool at our house!

Kinsley, Gabe, Sophia, Eleanor, and Sadie seeing whose job is next on the Job Chart.

Gabe working on "H"

Reading "In a People's House" while learning about houses.

Brooke's turtle she got for Christmas only lasted 3 months.  Sadly, Yoda Jr. is buried at the side of the house.
